Please inspect your package(s) immediately upon receipt for shipping damages or product defects. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages, or, Thirty (30) days for product defects.
You must
contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by using our "Contact Us" page or calling Customer Service at 786-619-0037. Please make sure to write the "RA" number clearly on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY DawnMarieGifts.com. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, other than shipping damages or product defects, you may return it for a refund less 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
We cannot cancel or adjust your order once it has been placed as we utilize an automated ordering system. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
